Product review: Spin pins

"My messy bun has to be perfect" - Anonymous.

I love the messy bun look! Its easy and fast, and it got even easier and faster and more secure with the "Spin pins". If you buy them you'll get them in pairs, they have two shades, one for dark hair and another one for lighter hair. It is super easy to use! instead of sticking 10 bobby pins you can use two spin pins and your bun is secured all day you wont have to worry about it being displaced!

How to use it?
*You just put your hair in a normal pony tail (high or low)
*Spin your hair around the pony tail
*Spin one of the spin pins on the top of the bun, then spin the other one at the bottom
*Your done!

Product review: Colour B4? No No No!

I have always been looking forward getting this product since I saw its Ad on the TV! its called "Colour B4" and what it claims to do it return your original hair colour after dying it! Yes you might fall for this product if you have naturally blonde hair you'd think it did good because it removed the dye on your hair and returned it to its original colour. But it DOESN'T !!! And only people with dark hair would know that!

My natural hair colour is dark brown and I dyed it very light brown, so I used this product to return to my dark brown hair! When I applied this (like applying any hair dye) the smell was awful! It literally smelled like water manhole in the streets! After waiting for a while I took a shower and .......... my hair is LIGHTER!!! and dry! So this product does not really remove the hair dye, it just lightens it so blonde people would think that their natural hair is back. Its not!

There are 2 types of this product, one for dark hair and the other one is for lighter hair. I used the one in the picture above.

RATE: 0/5 I could have atleast given it 1/5 just because I can use this product for a different porpuse like lightening my hair for example, but NO! it stinks and dries your hair! I'd rather use normal hair dye to lighten my hair.

Product review: Dry Shampoo to the rescue

We all had those days where there was just no time for a shower. Or at least I did! This usually happens during exams period where you study all day and there's just not time for even a quick shower!! Especially girls with long hair like mine where I would have to either straighten it or curl it. How do you get rid of oily hair very quickly?
I have bumped in to this amazing product of dry shampoo a week ago, I got two different ones from different brands. The first dry shampoo is from the brand "Batiste" this is actually the first that I got but it did not work very well with my dark hair! Because it looked like I applied baby powder all over my hair! This would be good if your hair was lighter or blondish. The second one which I am using now is called "TRESEMME FRESH START DRY SHAMPOO" this product it the best, it doesn't turn white like the previous one because it's transparent, and it smells good!

I love this product!!

Product review: June = Tanning

So it's summer already and we all want that summer tan! As for me I've decided to just get a little tint of tan this summer. I don't want a dark tan like the ones I had the previous summers because I realised that I look better with just a light tan tone! And how do I get that? Well, by using a self-tanner. I'm not a big fan of self-tan because I can't get it right, a lot of streaks! but I'll just have to learn the best way of using it and apply it daily instead of applying a lotion! Because it still keeps my skin moist. As for the smell of Henna on all the first tanners? I gave up looking for one that would smell good! I was looking on people's reviews of different self-tanners and I ended up getting "L'Oreal Sublime Bronze Self Tanning Gel Face & Body". This products is not any better than any other self-tanner, but it does smell good when first applied but then you'll start smelling like Henna the next day! As for the colour? It's absolutely gorgeous, very natural looking tan.

PS: if you're getting this products be careful to pick up the "lotion" tan of L'Oreal that is identical to the "Gel" tube! the Gel tan is is clear packing the other one isn't.
